As our communities reopen and recover from the pandemic, mental health remains an important part of making the transition. Through practice, one’s inner center can be strengthened such that one remains peaceful despite challenging external circumstances. In this talk, I will draw on examples from popular books, movies, and science to illustrate these classical concepts of Eastern philosophy.
